PDS: Informational Interviews & How to Use Networking to Your Advantage

Some estimates posit that over 80% of jobs are secured either directly or indirectly through personal networks. We will focus specifically on demystifying the informational interview and discuss why they are important for building a professional network. This workshop will cover how to create a strong base of professional connections, as well as how to identify and successfully navigate in-person and online networking opportunities through LinkedIn and other similar networking tools.
